Refunds & Returns

At Gather Botanical we strive to create the best customer experience. We understand buying online can be daunting therefore we accept returns on all full priced items returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, undamaged, unmarked and in their original packaging for us to process a return. 

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change of mind return. When returning an item, we recommend that you you use registered post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and so we also advise you take out insurance with your postal carrier.

Gather Botanical will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Once the item is received, the return will be processed within 2-3 business days, and a store credit will be emailed to you. Note that original shipping fees will be not be included in the credit (regardless if free shipping was in the initial transaction for online orders over $150).

Store credit voucher codes will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Note, unfortunately we do not offer "Change Of Mind" returns or exchanges on sale items or the following ineligible items:

- All forms of clearance or sale stock

- Personalised or "Made to Order" items

- Gift Cards
